My goal is to provide applicable tools, talking points and assessments that pave the way to discover your intrinsic values at work. Through understanding these values, clients (and their teams) can develop and implement more cognitive fitness around leading with personal strengths.

Professional Synopsis: ​
I've spent the last 10+ years of my career in the business healthcare space (large scale and start-up). As a former executive myself, I spent years partnering with executive leadership teams to build and lead strategic people development programs. I dedicated time to the design and implementation of core business competencies that aligned with company mission statements, values and goals. I was fortunate during my tenure as a Learning and Development Director, to curate, deploy, and successfully measure five-star employee onboarding and training programs that increased employee satisfaction, engagement and retention.
I've leveraged these professional (and nonprofessional) years, to now launch my own company and cascade information about how to build healthy culture, develop productive and happy people, and celebrate professional authenticity along the way.
